Anne M. Firca contact Anne at anne@ohioappraiser.com Anne graduated from Strayer Business College in Baltimore, Maryland. For twelve years, she has worked in the field of real estate appraisal as a researcher/assistant. In May 2001, Anne became an Ohio state certified residential appraiser. Anne joined Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber &Associates, Inc., in September 2001.
Tracy Frindt contact Tracy tracy@ohioappraiser.com Tracy joined Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber & Associates in February, 2002. she joined us having 6 years experience in an appraisal office. She was hired as the Commercial Administrative Assistant and office manager. Her duties include the tracking of all commercial and residential assignments.
