 Bruce Buckholz SRA
contact Bruce at bbuckholz@ohioappraiser.com Bruce Buckholz is a native westside Clevelander, a graduate of John Marshall High School, and has served in the Air Force. Bruce is a graduate of Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. Prior to joining Buckholz and Caldwell in 1977 Bruce worked as an investment advisor in the finance industry. Bruce has developed a special expertise in appraising high value and lakefront houses and he has also been acknowledged as one of the most accurate relocation appraisers in Greater Cleveland. Bruce continues to attend local and regional seminars devoted to updating his appraisal education. Bruce was awarded the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation in 1991 from the Appraisal Institute. He is a certified residential appraiser. Bruce recently received his third Award of Excellence in recognition of superior performance in relocation appraisal accuracy and a commitment to quality by the Cendant Relocation Corporation, America’s largest relocation company. Bruce has also received awards from Prudential Relocation Company and the Associates Relocation Company. Bruce has recently obtained his State Residential Certification and is FHA approved James T. Caldwell, MAI, SRA contact Jim at Jimc@ohioappraiser.com Jim Caldwell was born and raised on the westside of Cleveland. Jim graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1967. Following this, he attended Akron University where he completed postgraduate studies in business. He also completed course work in the Department of Urban Studies graduate program. In 1973 Jim joined Clarence C. Buckholz and Associates as a staff appraiser. He worked with Mr. Buckholz for several years as a staff appraiser and then joined with Mr. Buckholz to form Buckholz, Caldwell & Associates. His appraisal experience includes the appraisal of residential and income producing properties. He has testified in Common Pleas Court and in U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Jim has also testified before the Cuyahoga County Board of Revision and before the State Board of Tax Appeals. Jim has worked as a full-time appraiser since 1973. He was awarded Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation in 1985 and the MAI designation in 1998. Governor Richard Celeste appointed Jim to the State Appraiser Board in 1989. Jim has served as a board member and officer for the local chapter of the Appraisal Institute and the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. Awards include the Award of Excellence and Recognition of Superior Performance in Appraisal Accuracy by Cendant Relocation Corporation and Associates Relocation Company. Jim is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser by the State of Ohio. Jim continues to upgrade his appraisal qualifications by attending course and seminars being offered by the Appraisal Institute and other organizations. Timothy P.Weber, SRA contact Tim at tweber@ohioappraiser.com Timothy P. Weber was born and raised in the Cleveland area. A graduate of Padua Franciscan High School, he went on to gain his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hillsdale College in 1987. After his graduation Tim joined Buckholz and Caldwell as our first staff appraiser. Tim gained a wide variety of experience through his fieldwork and through extensive educational courses. Tim possesses an outstanding aptitude for all segments of residential and small income property appraisal. Tim has State of Ohio Residential Appraisal Certification and the SRA designation through the Appraisal Institute. Tim was placed on the Lender Selection Roster of Appraiser for HUD appraisals and 203k appraisal work. The residential division of our company is managed by Tim. He supervises the flow of assignments and the review process. Because of his commitment to our company and years of hard work, Tim became an owner and partner forming Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber & Associates in 1995. |
