Bruce Buckholz is a native westside Clevelander, a graduate of John Marshall High School, and e served in the Air Force. Bruce is a graduate of Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in science degree in finance. Prior to joining Buckholz, Caldwell and Weber & Associates in 1977 Bruce worked as an investment advisor I the finance industry. Bruce has developed a special expertise in appraising lakefront houses and he has also been acknowledged as one of the most highly regarded relocation appraisers in Greater Cleveland. Bruce continues to attend local and regional seminars devoted to updating his appraisal education. Bruce was awarded the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation in 1991. He is licensed as a residential appraiser by the State of Ohio. Bruce recently received his third Award of Excellence in recognition of superior performance in relocation appraisal accuracy and a commitment to quality by PHH Homequity Corporation, America’s largest relocation company. Bruce has also received awards from Prudential Relocation Company and Associated Relocation Company.

Jim Caldwell was born and raised on the westside of Cleveland. Jim graduated from Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1967. Following this, he attended Akron University where he completed postgraduate studies and completed course work in graduate school in the Department of Urban Studies. In 1973 Jim joined Clarence C. Buckholz and Associates as a staff appraiser. He worked with Mr. Buckholz for several years as a staff appraiser and then joined with Mr. Buckholz to form Buckholz, Cladwell & Associates. His appraisal experience includes the appraisal of all types of properties including residential and income producing properties. He has testified in Common Please Court and in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Jim has also appeared before the Cuyahoga Count Board of Revisions and before the Sate Board of Tax Appeals in Columbus, Ohio. Jim has worked as a full-time appraiser since 1973. He was awarded Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation in 1989 and the MAI designation in 1998. Jim holds memberships in the Appraisal Institute, the Cleveland Bank Appraisers and the Mortgage Society of Ohio. Jim has served on the Board of Directors and as an officer on the Cleveland Appraiser Board by the governor in 1989. Awards include the Award of Excellence and Recognition of Superior Performance in Appraisal Accuracy by PHH Homequity Corporation and Associates Relocation Company. Jim is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser by the State of Ohio.
