Elizabeth A. Caldwell contact Beth at bcaldwell@ohioappraiser.com Beth graduated from The Ohio State University in 1991. Prior to joining Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber & Associates as a full – time staff appraiser in 1991, Beth worked for several years at Buckholz & Caldwell on a part time basis where she began learning the appraisal business through report processing and research analysis. Because of this Beth has the special insight needed by an appraiser to analyze and value residential properties. Beth is a State Licensed residential appraiser and she is also a candidate through the American Society of Appraisers for the ASA designation. Beth is on the Lender Selection Roster of Appraisers for HUD/FHA appraisal work.

Wohleber contact Beth at bethw@ohioappraiser.com Beth started in Real Estate in 1990 working for a local real estate company as an administrative assistant to their real estate agents. She recently graduated fromCleveland State University majoring in business with a concentration in Information System & Technology. Beth joined Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber & Associates in October of 1996. Beth recently received her Ohio State Residential Appraiser Certification and her FHA approval. As well as being a staff appraiser, her duties also include network management, the tracking and installation of new appraisal software and keeping on track of online data.
RETURN TO TOP Doug Firca contact Doug at dougfirca@ohioappraiser.com Upon graduating from John Carroll University in 2001, Doug began his career conducting appraisals for eminent domain purposes. Eminent domain projects he has completed include road widening and extensions and sewer easements along residnetial, commercial, and industrial land in nearly two dozen counties within the state of Ohio. Doug joined Buckholz, Caldwell, Weber & Associated in June of 2003 and conducts commercial and industrial appraisals in addition to those reports developed for eminent domain purposes. Doug has been a Generally Licensed/State Certified appraiser since 2005 and is currently pursuing the MAI deisgnation.
